WDFW biologists will take over the Mobius lab one Saturday a month, tackling a different local wildlife topic each time from November through April. The Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife is dedicated to preserving, protecting and perpetuating the state’s fish and wildlife resources.

AT MOBIUS SCIENCE CENTER | FREE WITH SCIENCE CENTER ADMISSION

WDFW Activities from 10:00am - 1:00pm | WDFW Presentation at 11:00am
Wildlife Science will replace the regularly scheduled Weekend Lab.

MAR 7 - REDBAND TROUT - It’s Spokane’s “signature” fish and its population has been severely reduced by destruction of its habitat, sediment loading in riverbeds, and an increase in water temperatures. We will learn all about the redband trout, see how it is being honored in our community, learn about protecting this fish’s habitat, and do a fish-related activity.
