December 7 - Saturday   10:00am to 1:00pm   Mobius Science Center

WDFW biologists will take over the Mobius lab one Saturday a month, tackling a different local wildlife topic each time from November through April. The Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife is dedicated to preserving, protecting and perpetuating the state’s fish and wildlife resources.

WDFW Activities from 10:00am - 1:00pm | WDFW Presentation at 11:00am
Wildlife Science will replace the regularly scheduled Weekend Lab.

DEC 7 - FUNCTIONS OF THE RIPARIAN ZONE - Riparian zones are the transitional areas between land and water, including streams, rivers, lakes, and wetlands. They play an important role in protecting water quality and stream ecosystem health. You will be amazed at how many species live in these zones and how they exist individually, but work together to protect our water bodies.
